Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC seeks a Finance partner to support the Inventory Management pillar with a controllership focus. You will track P&L impact, validate savings delivery, and produce recurring reports for leadership.

You’ll own the monthly flash, QBR data preparation, savings tracking, and coordinate with 10+ cross‑functional teams to reflect inventory defect programs in financial results. You will analyze P&L variance, manage balance reports, aging analyses, and high‑risk inventory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• 3+ years in tax, finance or analytical roles.
• Experience with SQL for data mining and BI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own recurring inventory financial reporting including WD8/WD10 flash, monthly commentary, and P&L variance analysis for inventory-related cost lines
• Track savings delivery across inventory defect programs by validating inputs from partner teams, applying approved methodologies, and reconciling to P&L actuals
• Partner with Operations, Overstock Inventory Handling (OIH), and Retail category teams to gather inputs and ensure consistent methodology application
• Maintain and refresh inventory balance reports, aging analysis, and high-risk inventory profiles
• Support the Inventory Management Lead with ad hoc financial analyses and deep dives
• Own QBR, OP, and MBR deliverables
