Job summary

RWE Americas, LLC is seeking a Sr Inventory Control Specialist to support inventory control and site operations. You will ensure master data accuracy in SAP MM, create purchase requisitions, manage shipping/receiving, and assist sites with warranty claims.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of material management experience, proficiency in SAP MM/PM, Excel, and strong communication skills, with ability to work across multiple sites and perform regular counts to optimize stock levels while prioritizing

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in Material Management in SAP MM or similar maintenance system.
• High School diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
• Ability to work across multiple sites with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Create Purchase Requisitions for site and Balance of Plan operations and maintenance in region.
• Perform all inventory movements in SAP.
• Conduct quarterly counts and maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Analyze product usage and adjust MRP with operations input to optimize stock.
• Track serialized components and resolve discrepancies in inventory records.
• Generate inventory and logistics reports using SAP.
• Manage warranty claims for sites under warranty and liaise with OEMs.
• Ensure proper master data in SAP MM and maintain accurate bin locations.
• Perform shipping/receiving duties and support multiple sites as needed.
