Job summary

RTX is seeking a Principal Specialist, Supply Chain Management to lead inventory compliance across U.S. operations in Carrollton, TX. You will partner with production control, warehouse, and planning teams to ensure accuracy, accountability, and regulatory adherence.

The role requires a university degree or equivalent, 5+ years of supply chain experience, and the ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance. Onsite work at Carrollton, TX is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires a university degree or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in logistics, manufacturing, operations, or supply chain.
• Proficient in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Execute and enhance inventory management processes and material compliance.
• Manage incoming/outgoing material transactions with accuracy and documentation.
• Apply MRP/ERP principles to support decision-making and data integrity.
• Perform root-cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct inventory forecasting and trend analysis to strengthen accountability.
• Support audits and assessments for contractual and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and report system health metrics and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners to meet objectives.
• Provide training and guidance to promote process discipline and compliance.
