Job summary

Providence Swedish is seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to support a broad set of procedures across four IR suites and Hybrid ORs. You will assist physicians during percutaneous, vascular and invasive procedures, ensuring high-quality imaging and patient safety.

The role requires completion of a radiologic technologist program or equivalent invasive cardiovascular training, active licensure, BLS, and RCIS-related credentials.

Qualifications

• Formal Radiologic Technologist program or equivalent invasive cardiovascular training and RCIS eligibility/recertification.
• Advanced training in Neuro, Vascular and Hybrid procedures with IR preceptor sign-off.
• Washington Radiologic Technologist licensure on hire with BLS and ARRT credentials.

Responsibilities

• Assist Interventional Radiologists, Neuroradiologists, Neurosurgeons and other specialists during procedures.
• Obtain optimal radiographs and maintain aseptic technique in Hybrid OR/IR settings.
• Monitor patients and respond to changes in condition under physician supervision.
• Maintain knowledge of complex equipment and CPT coding; participate in on-call shifts.
