Job summary

Airbus Americas in Herndon, VA, seeks a Senior Tax Manager - International to lead cross-border tax governance for 26+ entities and three divisions (Commercial Aircraft, Helicopters, Space & Defense). You will drive international tax strategy, ASC 740 and IAS 12 accounting, and be the SME for One Roof initiatives with a centralized tax center of excellence.

The role partners with HoFs, Treasury, and Legal Counsel to optimize intercompany structures, manage MD&A matters, and defend positions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required.
• LL.M./J.D./MS in Taxation preferred.
• Experience in US international tax, transfer pricing, and ASC 740/IAS 12.

Responsibilities

• Lead US international tax compliance and cross‑border structuring across Airbus Americas’ entities.
• Oversee transfer pricing documentation, audits, and controversy management.
• Support MD&A, reorganizations, and intercompany financing in a centralized One Roof framework.
• Partner with HoFs, Legal Counsel, and Finance to implement efficient intercompany supply chains.
