Job summary

Serco Inc. in Arlington, VA seeks an experienced International Security Specialist - Senior to support a DoD customer within the F-35 Joint Program Office mission.

You will coordinate across stakeholders, manage security records, and ensure compliance with stringent customer requirements in a highly secure environment. The role requires a top-tier security background, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities onsite during standard business hours, with travel up to 10%

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in international security, facility security, program security, or related DoD security functions.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.
• Active Secret Clearance preferred.
• Active Top Secret Clearance preferred.
• SAP eligibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide international security support, coordination, and issue resolution across stakeholders.
• Review and maintain international security records, correspondence, and trackers.
• Coordinate with government and contractor stakeholders to manage actions and reporting.
• Support meetings, data calls, and leadership updates on international security activities.
• Ensure documentation and deliverables meet customer requirements.
• Guide team members on security processes and documentation standards.
