Job summary

Hyper is seeking an experienced Senior Software Product Manager to build the HyperSpace product function from the ground up. You will shape what to build, how to build it, and how we measure success, partnering closely with a small team of engineers and designers.

You will own the product lifecycle for internal HyperSpace, turning ideas into shipped features, writing clear plans, and guiding the roadmap with a bias for action.

Qualifications

• 5+ years shipping software products in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience taking ideas from concept through launch and adoption.
• Ability to translate ambiguity into clear, actionable plans and milestones.
• Strong ability to prioritize and make difficult trade-offs in a rapidly changing context.

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle for the internal-facing HyperSpace experience from idea to shipped feature.
• Define problem, solution, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria with a small cross-functional team.
• Write clear, sequenced plans and keep them honest as priorities shift.
• Talk to internal users to translate pain into prioritized product work.
• Own and manage the product roadmap, balancing near-term wins with long-term bets.
• Define success metrics and act on data to improve outcomes.
• Help build the product function including rituals, roadmap, and decision-making processes.
