Job summary

Potawatomi Federal Solutions, LLC seeks an Internal Controls & Audit Lead in Arlington, VA to serve as the senior technical authority for control design, testing, and audit readiness. You will ensure defensible assurance conclusions with complete, traceable documentation across 54 ARNG jurisdictions.

Responsibilities include leading root cause analysis, supporting external audits, and validating corrective action closure before government submission.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Extensive audit readiness experience (12+ years).
• Experience with DoD financial statement audits and government compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own internal control assessment methodology aligned to A-123, FMFIA, and GAO Green Book.
• Direct Test of Design and Test of Effectiveness procedures with defined sampling.
• Define and enforce evidence standards for completeness, traceability, and audit readiness.
