Capita, a leading provider of consulting and digital services, seeks a Senior Auditor to deliver audits with coaching from the Audit Manager. You will participate in planning, execution, reporting, and relationship building across Capita divisions and functions.

Responsabilidades

• To work in small teams and independently, with coaching, supervision and review from Audit Manager to deliver individual audit assignments.
• Being involved in the planning, execution and reporting of individual audits.
• Deliver quality internal audit service / audits to the Divisions and/or Functions and provide the internal audit service in line with Capita's methodology and IIA standards.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with the business throughout the audit process.
• Working with the Risk & Compliance team and other second line functions.
• Identifying and escalating risks and issues within the business to the Audit Managers.
• Collaborating with management while maintaining independence and promoting Capita values.
