Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or related field.
• 6+ years in Internal Audit, financial investigations, or related areas.
• Experience leading financial investigations from start to final report.
• Experience evaluating processes, controls, and financial risks.
• Strong collaboration with Legal, HR, Finance, and senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial and fraud investigations with independent review.
• Plan and execute investigations including analysis and interviews.
• Prepare investigation reports with findings and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with HR, Legal, and other stakeholders as needed.
• Track remediation and control improvements to completion.
• Lead audits and SOX readiness assessments per plan.
• Use data analytics to spot unusual transactions and trends.
• Develop and deliver fraud prevention and control training.
• Support program management and ongoing departmental initiatives.
