Job summary

Bienvivir All-Inclusive Senior Health is seeking an Internal Auditor in El Paso, TX. You will assist in risk assessment, develop audit plans, and evaluate processes to improve controls and efficiency. Collaboration with the IACO and cross-functional teams is essential.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in internal audit or related fields, with a CPA/CIA or Lean Six Sigma credentials preferred. Strong communication and analytical skills are required to support governance and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business administration, nursing, or related field.
• Three to five years of internal audit, quality improvement, compliance, or financial audit experience.
• CIA or CPA (preferred).
• Certified in Lean Six Sigma (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining the enterprise risk assessment.
• Assist IACO in developing the annual internal audit plan.
• Understand department processes and operations; review policies, interview personnel, and assess regulations.
• Develop and perform audit procedures to assess controls and efficiency.
• Discuss preliminary findings with IACO and department personnel; investigate discrepancies.
• Draft and present internal audit reports for each procedure.
• Attend internal audit report presentations to the Executive Team as needed.
• Prepare work papers documenting processes, controls, evidence, and findings.
• Perform follow-up procedures for management corrective actions.
