Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Six or more years in internal audit, healthcare, risk advisory, compliance, finance, or related discipline.
• Experience auditing operations within complex or highly regulated environments.
• Ability to independently manage audit engagements and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex audits across clinical and non-clinical functions.
• Perform all phases of the audit lifecycle: risk assessment, planning, fieldwork, testing, reporting, follow-up.
• Evaluate internal controls, processes, governance, and risk mitigation.
• Identify control gaps and opportunities for improvement with actionable recommendations.
• Prepare and present audit results to management and leadership.
