Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Internal Auditor to lead internal audit activities for medical facilities across the United States.

You will evaluate internal controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance to optimize operations and ensure safety and regulatory adherence. The role involves developing audit plans, collaborating with regional leadership, and driving timely corrective actions.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute comprehensive internal audit plans for facilities located throughout the country.
• Conduct audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management practices, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with regional and facility management teams to understand local operations and tailor audit approaches accordingly.
• Evaluate facility infrastructure, safety protocols, and compliance with environmental and occupational health standards.
• Assess the efficiency and effectiveness of facility maintenance and management processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost‑saving initiatives within the facilities.
• Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, recommendations, and action plans for national and regional management.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely implementation of corrective actions and improvements identified during audits.
• Conduct follow‑up audits to track the progress of corrective actions and verify their effectiveness.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to facilities management.
