• Audit Planning & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive, risk-based audit plans and programs for financial, operational, and IT systems.
• Risk & Control Assessment: Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls to identify gaps, vulnerabilities, and opportunities for cost savings
• Reporting & Communication: Document audit findings in detailed, objective reports and present recommendations to management and the Board of Directors.
• Compliance & Investigation: Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies, including performing special investigations into suspected fraud or misconduct.
• Follow-Up: Monitor and verify that management takes appropriate, timely action on audit recommendations.
