Job summary

Biogen, Inc. is seeking an Internal Audit Manager to lead end-to-end audits across financial, operational, and compliance domains.

You will apply risk-based methods, communicate findings to senior leaders, and drive practical remediation while maintaining independence and objectivity. You will coach audit staff, contribute to annual risk assessment and audit planning, and support SOX/compliance efforts with cross-functional collaboration across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of diversified internal and/or external audit experience (Big 4 required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA, CA, or equivalent certification.
• Strong knowledge of audit methodology, risk assessment, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end financial, operational, and compliance audits from planning through reporting and follow-up.
• Apply a risk-based approach to identify key risks and adjust audit scope accordingly.
• Communicate audit results clearly to senior management with remediation recommendations.
