Qualifications

• Certifications such as CPA, CIA, or CISA are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and execute internal audits per plan and policy.
• Assess internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
• Identify control gaps and propose practical improvements.
• Discuss audit findings with management and track remediation.
• Prepare audit reports and present to stakeholders.
• Support SOX and other compliance-related activities.
• Provide guidance to audit team and improve methodologies.
