Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology seeks a Senior Manager, Internal Audit to lead the SOX program, drive risk-based audits, and strengthen internal controls across its global operations. The role partners with management and external providers to evaluate control design and enhance governance.

The Senior Manager will guide complex audit engagements, support enterprise risk management, and provide advisory support on strategic initiatives including digital transformation and ERP implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 8–12+ years of experience in internal audit/SOX.
• Experience leading SOX programs for publicly traded companies.

Responsibilities

• Lead SOX compliance testing program including planning, scoping, risk assessment, testing, and reporting.
• Manage day-to-day activities of co-sourced internal audit resources and external providers.
• Conduct enterprise risk assessments and contribute to annual audit planning.
• Provide advisory services on transformation initiatives, ERP implementations, and process redesign.
