Job summary

Tokio Marine North America Services, based in Bala Cynwyd, PA, seeks an experienced Internal Auditor to lead risk-based audits in accordance with the annual plan. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA/CIA/CISA or equivalent preferred; pursuing certification valued.
• Experience in internal/external audits, risk, compliance, or controls.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute risk-based financial, operational, and compliance audits per the Audit Plan.
• Develop objectives, risk assessments, audit programs, and testing procedures.
• Evaluate design and operating effectiveness of controls and identify root causes.
• Document work clearly with evidence and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Coach junior staff and support remediation of audit findings within timelines.
• Utilize data analytics to improve audit coverage and insights.
• Contribute to risk assessments and audit methodology enhancements.
