Job summary

Farmers Group Inc. is seeking a Senior Internal Auditor to strengthen our assurance practices through high-quality audit work. You will lead engagements, develop audit strategies, and collaborate with IT Internal Audit to enhance our control environment.

The role emphasizes data analysis, reporting to executives, and driving transformational ideas within the internal audit function. A hybrid work arrangement is available with in-office and remote opportunities.

Qualifications

• Five or more years experience in Auditing at an external firm or financial services firm, or seven years experience with Farmers Insurance and/or one year as a Farmers Insurance Auditor.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; CIA/CPA or other comparable designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills; experience with data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements with minimal supervision, on time and in a quality manner.
• Prepare executive-ready reports and communicate findings to the business.
• Assist in development of Internal Audit Strategy and Plan and Audit Universe.
• Collaborate with IT Internal Audit on integrated audits and drive improvements.
