Job summary

The Bolton Group is seeking a Senior Manager of Internal Audit to lead and manage internal audit activities with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in-office, 2 days remote). The role requires extensive experience in public accounting or industry, with leadership exposure, and a solid track record in SOX compliance and risk management.

You will oversee complex audit projects, engage senior stakeholders, and apply data-driven auditing techniques in manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of internal audit experience in public accounting or industry.
• CPA, CIA, ACA, or CA certification highly preferred.
• Manufacturing industry exposure with strong inventory and operational process understanding.
• SOX compliance and risk management expertise.
• Ability to lead complex audit projects and teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven auditing skills.
• Proficiency in risk assessment, control evaluation, and audit methodologies.
