Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Senior Consultant - Internal Audit (Temporary) to support governance, risk management, and compliant operations for clients across industries. You will deliver transformative audit services, develop specialized skills, and contribute to a rigorous, ethical work environment.

You will lead fieldwork, prepare reports, and advise on controls while mentoring junior staff and ensuring high-quality deliverables within set timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or relevant field.
• Strong written and verbal communication to clients and teams.
• Experience in operational internal audit, internal controls assessment, and/or SOX testing.
• Knowledge of PCAOB requirements and GAAP standards.
• Experience supervising and guiding staff on engagements.

Responsibilities

• Provide risk management and internal audit services to clients across industries.
• Perform SOX readiness and compliance activities.
• Plan and manage staff on engagements, review work papers, give feedback.
• Conduct fieldwork, prepare work papers, discuss findings with management, write reports.
• Advise clients on improving internal controls and best practices.
• Maintain quality and consistency of Internal Audit work across the firm.
• Communicate engagement status and recommendations to stakeholders.
