Job summary

TVS is an award-winning architecture and interior design firm with offices in Atlanta and Tampa. We are seeking a talented interior designer to join our Tampa team, overseeing presentations, schematic design, design development, contract documents, modeling, rendering, and construction administration within budgets and timelines.

The ideal candidate will lead design efforts, collaborate across disciplines, mentor junior staff, and build client relationships while delivering innovative design

Qualifications

• A degree in Interior Design from a CIDA-accredited school.
• 8+ years of experience in a professional interior design environment.
• Proficiency in Revit, CAD, Rhino, Photoshop, InDesign, Enscape, 3D modeling and rendering programs.
• NCIDQ certified interior designer or on track to becoming certified in the near future.

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts based on given criteria.
• Work collaboratively with other team members as to best approach.
• Select FF&E and prepare FF&E specifications.
• Act as a project manager for small and medium projects and teams.
• Develop relationships and interact with clients.
• Communicate with client agents, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Attend events central to the firm’s strengths and goals.
• Mentor and develop team members.
• Any other duties as assigned.
