Job summary

GPAC (Growing People and Companies) is seeking an experienced Interior Designer/Project Manager in Raleigh, NC. The candidate will lead projects from conception through completion, guiding design teams and coordinating with clients.

You will use AutoCAD, Revit and related tools, manage budgets and schedules, and develop design criteria. Healthcare or higher-education project experience is a plus; NCIDQ/LEED are assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Interior Design or related field.
• 5-12 years of experience in interior design.
• Healthcare or Higher-Education project experience encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and teams from conception through completion and close out.
• Consult with clients on creation, presentation of interior design concepts and needs.
• Define project requirements and develop design criteria.
• Scheduling, estimates, budget, planning, drawings, models, images, materials.
