• 10–15 years of interior design experience in multifamily housing.
• Strong architectural understanding and holistic design approach.
• Excellent client-facing and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to design-driven multifamily projects, including building and unit types, common spaces, amenity areas, and residential interiors.
• Participate in and help lead client meetings, presentations, and design workshops.
• Develop clear design concepts supported by compelling graphics, drawings, and narratives.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, architects, interior designers, and consultants to ensure design intent is carried through all project phases.
• Support design quality, technical coordination, and documentation across SD, DD, and CD phases.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative, studio-based culture.
• Assist with business development efforts, including proposals, interviews, and maintaining client relationships.
