Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture from a CIDA/NAAB-accredited institution.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in design and construction industry, managing commercial or corporate projects.
• Professional-level proficiency in Revit.
• Working understanding of building codes and accessibility standards.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process, including client programming, space planning, occupancy analysis, and creation of design documents.
• Collaborate with clients to translate operational needs and brand standards into functional layouts.
• Mentor junior designers and support onboarding and training of new project designers.
• Partner with internal teams, external consultants, and project managers to maintain design integrity.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with codes; manage multiple projects and schedules.
