You’ll collaborate with architects, contractors, and trades, develop space plans, FF&E, and finish schedules, and mentor junior designers.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of interior design experience, expert AutoCAD skills, and a strong portfolio in luxury environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of interior design experience in high-end residential or hospitality.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD for construction documents.
• Working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills.
• Collaborative, detail-oriented, solutions-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead design development for high-end residential and commercial projects.
• Produce construction drawings (plans, elevations, RCPs) in AutoCAD.
• Develop space planning, FF&E, and finish/material schedules.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, engineers, and trades.
• Present concepts and documentation to clients.
• Mentor junior designers on design and drafting standards.
• Maintain knowledge of building codes, permitting, and construction methods.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced studio.
