Qualifications

• Knowledge of space planning, FF&E specifications, interior detailing, and codes.
• NCIDQ certification preferred; portfolio/work samples required.

Responsibilities

• Drive all phases of interior design from programming and conceptual mapping through construction administration.
• Facilitate client workshops, space planning sessions, and design presentations.
• Curate finish palettes, materials, and FF&E selections.
• Produce Revit documentation including plans, elevations, details, and schedules.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to maintain design integrity.
• Direct construction administration tasks including field measurements, submittals, RFIs, and punch lists.
• Coordinate product procurement, logistics, and on-site installation reviews.
• Guide multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior staff (senior level).
