Severin Group LLC, a Burlingame-based design firm, seeks an Interior Designer V to lead design efforts across hospitality, residential, and commercial interiors, from concept through construction. POSITION SUMMARY
The Interior Designer V brings experience and expertise to our design team in all phases of interior design from initial planning through to project completion. In our high-volume design firm, this role is responsible for managing client needs and task deadlines across multiple projects simultaneously. The Interior Designer V has a proven record of producing deliverables independently and collaborating with a team, while adapting to shifting priorities and anticipating problems before they arise. The position requires excellent space planning skills with knowledge of building codes, building systems, construction methods, and current material costs and specifications. The person in this role applies their high-level understanding of design and planning principles, creative talents, technical experience, and passion for design to contribute to the design and production of hospitality, residential, and commercial office interiors projects. Salary Range: $90,000 -$110,000 for candidates in San Francisco Bay Area. Salary will be adjusted; based on geographic location.
