Position Details

This is a hybrid position based in San Diego, CA, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week onsite. The role involves designing and presenting interior design projects across various sectors such as Housing, Healthcare, Commercial, and Education.

Responsibilities

1. Lead and develop interior design concepts for multiple projects.
2. Collaborate with senior staff to interpret and execute design assignments.
3. Work independently within budget and scope, ensuring adherence to project requirements.
4. Present design solutions directly to clients.
5. Mentor and advise interior design team members.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of interior design experience for various building types.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Revit, SketchUp; AutoCAD experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.; licensure preferred but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $110,000 - $130,000 based on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, FSA, ESOP, and 401k.
