Job summary

Flow is seeking a Senior Interior Designer who can create experiences that ground, soothe, and inspire within our living, working, and community spaces. This role focuses on aligning with Flow’s warm, natural aesthetic and elevating projects beyond mere spaces to thoughtful environments.

You will contribute to designing spaces that connect residents with themselves, neighbors, and the world outside the window, shaping living experiences across geographies and property types.

This role is ideal for a mature creative who can confidently bring forward inspiring ideas, leans into nature and warmth, and carries a level of sensibility and style that sits comfortably alongside the biggest visionaries in real estate.

This is not about maintaining what exists. It is about bringing Flow forward with alignment and purpose.
