Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Project Designer to lead interior design on complex projects, from concept through construction documentation.

You will develop documents, drawings, and diagrams that meet client goals and timeframes. Ideal candidates bring at least four years in CRE design, space planning experience, and proficiency with Revit, plus strong collaboration and communication skills to coordinate with teams and consultants.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of design experience within commercial real estate or related market.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related field; or Bachelor’s with Interior Design Certification/ Diploma.
• Space planning experience using Revit.
• Strong time management and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead interior design on complex projects from concept through construction documents.
• Support project designers in quality review of design deliverables.
• Contribute knowledge of space planning, materials, finishes, casework, lighting, acoustics, and wayfinding.
• Execute full design process from initial sketch to start of construction.
• Produce mood, material, and design presentations independently or with supervision.
• Participate in internal and consultant meetings.
• Coordinate FF&E and other consultants.
