Job summary

Google is seeking an experienced Interaction Designer to transform complex tasks into intuitive user experiences across mobile and desktop. You will create flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to evolve innovative product experiences.

In this role, you will contribute to the Flow AI-native creation platform and help shape the design language for Google's generative models, ensuring accessibility and delightful user interactions at scale.

Qualifications

You will translate complex model capabilities into intuitive tools, contribute to immediate product iterations, and help define the long-term design goal for the future of creative expression.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $159000 - $230000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
