Job summary

Cherokee Federal seeks an AOC/IOC-AS Senior Instructor/Content Developer to design, update, and deliver high-accuracy training for intelligence personnel. You will manage lesson plans, exercises, and test materials, ensuring alignment with policy and doctrine while coordinating with course managers and working groups.

The role requires expert experience with DCGS-A/DIS, minimum twelve years in military intelligence, and instructor credentials.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 12+ years Army Military Intelligence experience with recent work within last 2 years.
• 12+ years as MOS 35F All-Source Analyst on DCGS-A/DIS.
• 2+ years as an instructor on DCGS-A/DIS.
• Graduate of ABIC or IC instructor course (e.g., NGA College, NSA ADET).
• Proficiency in DCGS-A or DIS software applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Course Manager and Working Group for IOC-AS course updates.
• Manage day-to-day instruction and delivery of IOC-AS courses.
• Create/edit/manage lesson plans, practicals, tests, and SOPs.
• Synchronize inputs from Course Manager and Working Group members.
• Lead development and assessment of current/future training material.
