Qualifications

• Experience delivering training to adult learners.
• Ability to tailor communications and facilitate discussions among diverse groups.
• Adapt training to real world scenarios.
• Self-starter, team-oriented, adaptable to new tech and requirements.
• Collaborative work across Customer offices and mission centers/directorates.
• Experience performing technical targeting/analytic analysis using IC data.

Responsibilities

• Create lesson plans, conduct training sessions, evaluate training effectiveness.
• Instruct intelligence professionals on tradecraft.
• Develop or refine curricula to meet customer needs and establish content/objectives.
• Improve student competencies in course-specific disciplines.
• Evaluate student performance and recommend improvements.
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas.
