Job summary

Core4ce is seeking a highly experienced Senior Analytic Methodologist (Strategy Synchronizing) to support U.S. Cyber Command in developing, synchronizing, and maturing analytic strategies across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise.

The role emphasizes translating ambiguous mission needs into structured analytic approaches for senior decision-makers. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in analytic methodology, intelligence strategy, and enterprise integration, plus TS/SCI clearance and

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field or Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of senior-level experience.
• 12+ years of relevant intelligence experience, including work within the last 2 years.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with current Counterintelligence (CI) Scope polygraph.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into structured analytic approaches.

Responsibilities

• Support development of analytic strategies to resolve DIE key intelligence mission requirements.
• Deconstruct ambiguous information and recommend analytic methodologies.
• Develop data schemas to structure observations and support visualization.
• Author and maintain operating instructions for command-wide programs.
• Produce concise analytic reports and briefing materials for senior leadership.
• Coordinate and synchronize DIE-C and enterprise workflows.
• Collaborate with IC counterparts and USCYBERCOM staff to advance analytic methodology.
