Job summary

Amentum is seeking an experienced Senior Intelligence Planner to support CENTCOM J2 through comprehensive intelligence planning and coordination. The role influences senior leader decisions and includes collaboration with the IC and coalition partners.

Requirements include advanced degrees and substantial intelligence planning experience, TS/SCI with Poly, and a strong knowledge of CENTCOM AOR. This on-site position offers competitive compensation and benefits in a safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Masters degree with 10 years intelligence and/or service planning experience at echelons of command above Battalion/Squadron
• Bachelor degree with 12 years intelligence and/or service planning experience at echelons of command above Battalion/Squadron
• Comprehensive knowledge of the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility and organization; JIP Level I / Tier I certification preferred or proof of working understanding of multiple intelligence disciplines

Responsibilities

• Assist Intelligence Plans Division leadership with planning, organization, development, coordination, and execution of intelligence planning activities.
• Plan and coordinate ICP production and implementation for the J2 Directorate and IC partners.
• Identify strategic and operational requirements for CCMD military operations and develop courses of action and mitigation strategies.
• Assess existing and future capabilities to meet operations requirements for CCMD military operations.
• Conduct studies of intelligence planning programs to evaluate effectiveness and feasibility and advise on new ideas.
