Job summary

Prescient Edge in Huntsville, AL seeks a Sr. Intelligence Planner - (J27) Exercise Support to support a federal government client.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance with CI POLY or the ability to obtain one and involves planning, coordinating, and integrating intelligence capabilities during Joint exercises. The ideal candidate has 12+ years of related experience, Master’s Degree (or equivalent with additional senior experience) and proven Joint Intelligence Exercise Planning expertise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of related labor experience, with recent work within last 2 years.
• Proficiency in Joint Intelligence Exercise Planning concepts.
• Experience as a Joint Intelligence Exercise Planner at a Combatant Command.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Joint Intelligence Exercise Planning activities at USSPACECOM.
• Develop, document, and orchestrate the USSPACECOM intelligence enterprise during exercises, wargames, and tech demos.
• Coordinate and integrate DoD and national intelligence capabilities to challenge and train the USSPACECOM enterprise.
• Enable intelligence readiness across ongoing operations and planning efforts.
• Document intelligence gaps and support readiness reviews; inform JFSCC J2, J25, J28.
• Coordinate with USSPACECOM J3, J5, J7, J8.
• Apply Joint doctrine principles to contingency and crisis planning.
• Monitor HQ strategies/policies and ensure compliance in planning efforts.
• Integrate strategy and directives into exercises, wargames, and tech demos.
• Document exercise scenarios, wargame structure, and objectives for USSPACECOM priorities.
