Job summary

Prescient Edge seeks a Senior Intelligence Management Specialist in Huntsville, AL, to manage personnel requirements for space intelligence programs. The role requires extensive experience, security clearances, and deep knowledge of DoD and IC personnel processes.

You will conduct research, evaluate personnel actions, and ensure accurate recordkeeping while meeting tight deadlines for official reporting and compliance. A Master’s or a Bachelor’s plus senior-experience pathway is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in the labor category, with recent work in the last 2 years.
• Familiarity with DIA/Office of Human Resources processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conducts research for J21 government personnel to develop and execute space intelligence enterprise manning requirements across DoD and the IC.
• Assesses the impacts of civilian personnel actions affecting readiness posture.
• Reviews and reports on J21 workforce activities for completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensures official records are correctly maintained for contract, military, and civilian personnel.
• Ensures all timelines and due dates for J21 reporting and correspondence are met daily.
