Arlo Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior CD/TOC Network Analyst to support the Narcotics and Transnational Crime Support Center (NTC). This role provides advanced all-source intelligence and entity-level network analysis to support U.S.

Government efforts against TOC, DTOs, and other national security threats. The successful candidate will integrate intelligence reporting, law enforcement information, financial data, and OSINT to produce actionable intelligence products for operational

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with eligibility and ability to maintain clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of twelve (12) years of specialized intelligence or law enforcement analytical experience.
• Experience integrating classified reporting, OSINT, and financial data into actionable intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced all-source entity and network analysis supporting CD, CTF, CT, and TOC missions.
• Analyze criminal, terrorist, and illicit financial networks using multiple data sources.
• Develop target packages, lead cables, link analyses, and intelligence assessments.
• Identify network vulnerabilities, relationships, and emerging threats to support investigations and planning.
• Integrate HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, MASINT, OSINT with law enforcement reporting into assessments.
• Produce clear, concise intelligence products and brief senior officials.
