Job summary

B&A is seeking a Senior Intelligence Team Lead – MARC to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). You will lead contractor personnel, provide senior-level all-source analysis, and coordinate with the Task Order PM on technical efforts and performance.

The role requires a Master’s degree with 12+ years or a Bachelor’s with 17+ years in a relevant field, and an active TS/SCI with Poly. Anticipated start in 2027 with a 1 base year + 4 option years; NCR sites.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, OR a Bachelor’s degree with 17+ years of relevant experience.
• Active TS/SCI with Poly (adjudicated within the last 5 years).
• Experience leading contractor personnel in MARC or all-source intelligence environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the management and technical lead for contractor personnel supporting MARC.
• Provide senior-level expertise supporting regional strategic all-source analysis, political/military analysis, and analytic-enabling support.
• Coordinate with the overall Task Order Program Manager on technical efforts and task order performance.
• Lead or direct the work of contractor personnel assigned to the IIC/Office.
