Job summary

XLA in Washington, DC seeks an Intelligence Analyst IV to lead advanced analytic efforts supporting FBI HSTF NCC and national security objectives. The role emphasizes intelligence analysis, financial intelligence support, and strategic reporting to disrupt high-priority criminal threats.

You will mentor junior analysts, apply data fusion and cryptocurrency tracing, and produce actionable intelligence for asset seizure and multi-agency investigations across partner agencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten years of intelligence analysis, financial investigations, criminal intelligence, or national security experience.
• Experience supporting complex investigations and multi-agency operations.
• Experience developing strategic intelligence products and investigative leads.
• Experience analyzing large structured and unstructured datasets.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced analytics supporting FBI Homeland Security Task Force and NCC operations.
• Develop actionable intelligence and support asset seizure programs.
• Conduct financial investigations and cryptocurrency tracing within complex datasets.
• Mentor junior analysts and share best practices across the team.
