Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor's degree with relevant experience in intelligence or related mission environments.
• Experience with multiple information systems and intelligence processes.
• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility; CI Polygraph required or able to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Apply qualitative and quantitative methods to assess threat screening effectiveness and improve processes; mentor junior staff.
• Use knowledge of threats and IC databases to conduct high-level studies and provide conclusions.
• Lead analytic teams, organize efforts, and ensure quality and timely delivery of work.
• Understand applicable laws and regulations and ensure compliant program execution.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify gaps and support enterprise planning.
• Present findings through reports and briefings and advise executive management.
• May require shift work including nights, weekends, or holidays.
