They bring a genuine passion for delighting customers, collaborating across teams, and continuously raising the bar—always seeking opportunities to refine processes, close gaps, and deliver more impactful intelligence products.

Key job responsibilities

  • Simplify domain requirements and project delivery by creating predictable process paths for intelligence collection, analysis, production, and dissemination that scale across the organization.
  • Support business continuity, crisis, and security management teams, including as needed outside typical work hours during security incidents and emerging crises.
  • Define business problems, set objectives, analyze data, drive improvements, and influence resource allocation; develop mechanisms to inspect, monitor, and improve delivery over time.
