Job summary

Tria Federal, onsite at DIA HQ in Washington, seeks a Strategic Intelligence Integrations Officer (Mid-Level) to support the Joint Programs Branch. This role focuses on aligning intelligence operations with DIA-wide goals and delivering actionable products from vision statements with minimal supervision.

Candidates should have TS/SCI with CI Poly, 5+ years of relevant experience, and a Bachelor's degree. Master’s degree is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience with Strategic Planning Process in military and civilian contexts.
  • Familiarity with JP 5.0 and joint environments.
  • Ability to translate vision statements into actionable products with minimal guidance.
  • Strong verbal and written communications abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage current and future operations to support DIA and partner organizations.
  • Develop strategies and implement processes to improve warfighter support.
  • Coordinate intelligence requirements, resources, and activities across teams.
  • Advise on intelligence operations planning and execution.
  • Support agency-wide strategic planning and quarterly reporting.
  • Lead working groups to address emerging challenges.

Job Description

Perform as a Strategic Intelligence Integrations Officer (Mid-Level Staff Officer) to support the Joint Programs Branch at Defense Intelligence Agency's Deputy Director for Global Integration (DDGI).

Basic Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor\'s Degree.
  • Experience with the Strategic Planning Process, preferably both military and civilian processes.
  • Experience working in a Joint Environment and demonstrated familiarity with JP 5.0.
  • Ability to convert "Vision statements" into actionable products with minimum guidance or supervision.
  • Demonstrated strong verbal / written communications skills.
  • Ability to interface with large groups of senior-level personnel from other Agencies without supervision.
  • Experience coordinating staff actions across strategically focused organizations.
  • Fluent use of organizational tasking and synchronization systems.

  • Master\'s Degree.
Responsibilities
  • Manage current and future operations in support of DIA and the Defense Intelligence Enterprise partners.
  • Develop strategies and implement processes to improve warfighter support.
  • Synchronize intelligence requirements, resources, and activities through collaborative operations.
  • Advise on intelligence operations planning and execution.
  • Support operational planning teams and produce reports and assessments.
  • Support Agency Operations office participation in the Agency wide strategic planning process.
  • Lead Quarterly reporting program for internal mission activities.
  • Organize and lead working groups designed to enhance the Agency\'s ability to respond to emerging challenges.

Active TS/SCI with CI Poly Required*

Work Location

This position requires 100% on-site support at DIA HQ in Washington D.C.
