Job summary

Foundation Software in Strongsville, OH is seeking a Technical Analyst – Integration & Marketplace Services to help grow our integration ecosystem and marketplace platform. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, implementation teams, vendors, and technology partners to deliver secure, scalable integrations that power our products and customer experience.

In this role you will support and enhance our iPaaS platform and API ecosystem, gather requirements, coordinate delivery,

Qualifications

5+ years supporting enterprise software, APIs, or integration platforms.
Experience with REST APIs, JSON/XML, OAuth, webhooks, and middleware/iPaaS solutions.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and modern integration architectures.
Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Support and enhance our enterprise iPaaS platform and API ecosystem.
Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Coordinate integration delivery across internal teams and external partners.
Lead partner onboarding, marketplace certification, and operational support.
Troubleshoot complex integration issues and improve reliability.
Promote API-first design, reusable integration patterns, and operational excellence.
