A financial services organization located in Basking Ridge, NJ, is seeking an experienced Developer for their Software Engineering team. The successful candidate will assist in developing team skills, manage projects, and enhance code quality while working across multiple Microsoft technologies including Azure and .NET. This role offers a starting salary range of $115k to $120k along with competitive benefits, including full medical coverage and a robust 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in systems analysis, design, delivery, and testing.
• Proficiency in at least one object-oriented language (preferably .NET and .NET Core).
• Ability to work in both agile and waterfall environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist and mentor sub-teams on code development and project initiatives.
• Identify inefficiencies in systems and suggest enhancements.
• Contribute to team mentoring and uphold department coding standards.
