Job summary

PwC is seeking a Sr. Manager—Bank Platform Transformation, Integration Architect-Engineer to design and deliver seamless integration across systems for the Banking & Capital Markets sector.

You will lead cross-functional teams, applyESB/API gateway strategies, and drive data integrity and security in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/Google). This role emphasizes coaching, client validation, and strategic problem solving within a large, diverse team.

Qualifications

• > At least a Bachelor's degree.
• > At least 7 years of experience.
• > Demonstrated experience with enterprise integration architectures.
• > Proficiency in API Management and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing seamless integration solutions to connect various organizational systems and applications
• Creating robust architectures that enable efficient data flow and enhance overall business processes
• Leading large-scale projects and driving operational excellence in integration and platform architecture
• Utilizing skills in API Management and Enterprise Application Integration to optimize technology infrastructure
• Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within client environments
• Validating outcomes with clients and acting on feedback to refine integration strategies
• Directing teams through complex and ambiguous situations, maintaining composure and focus
• Developing and sustaining high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams through coaching and mentorship
• Leveraging cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform for innovative integration solutions
• Promoting the use of agile methodologies and rapid experimentation to enhance project delivery
• Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to facilitate successful project outcomes
• Confirming data integrity and security within integration frameworks to support business performance
