PSSL ProSound and Stage Lighting is seeking a Sr. Design Engineer to support project managers in executing projects with excellence. Ideal candidates will have at least six years of experience in integrated systems design, a diploma in audiovisual or project management, and proficiency in AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six years of experience as an integrated systems designer.
• Some travel required.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project schedules and work plans with Project Managers.
• Create technical drawings and support sales representatives.
• Communicate issues with Operations and Technical Managers.
• Ensure technical compliance of project deliveries.

Skills

Knowledge of construction sites

Advanced understanding of sound, lighting, control, video, and videoconference

Good knowledge of Office 365 (Excel, Word)

Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project

Ability to interpret advanced diagrams and drawings

Strong problem-solving skills

Excellent organizational skills

Ability to collaborate with clients

Education

Diploma in audiovisual or project management

CTS certification (preferred)
