Qualifications

• At least 1 year at GG-11 or equivalent in risk management and internal controls.
• Experience developing policies/guidance related to internal controls and risk management.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to prevent, mitigate, and reduce risks in processes with controls.

Responsibilities

• Support NAVIFOR mission by providing combat-ready Information Warfare forces.
• Serve as Integrated Risk Program Manager handling policies and guidance on internal controls and risk management.
• Ensure risk management policies comply with GAO Green Book standards and DoD guidance.
• Identify significant risks in business processes and establish corrective action plans.
• Provide guidance on policies to mitigate risks in processes with internal controls.
• Maintain agency internal control plan and assess key controls.
• Document and track IRM performance metrics and deficiencies via corrective action plans.
• Conduct program analyses and deliver high-level briefings to senior leadership.
