Job summary

Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) in El Segundo, CA seeks a Mid-Level Integrated Product Team Lead to join the Space Electronics Programs team and lead critical integration efforts on-site in El Segundo.

You will drive project architecture, coordinate interfaces across major activities, and support program execution with metrics while ensuring effective communication with customers and stakeholders. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance are required.

has an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Level Integrated Product Team Lead (Level 3) to join the Space Electronics Programs team in El Segundo, CA!

Position Responsibilities

• Leads development of the project architecture and top level plans for a project.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret/SCI Clearance Post-Start is required.

This position requires ability to obtain program access, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship only.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

• 3+ years of experience with integrated schedules
• 3+ years of experience analyzing data, creating reports, and presenting results
• 1+ years of experience working with the planning & scheduling processes, cost analysis, and EVMS

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• Technical manufacturing experience in the field of Digital/Power and RF electronics in a space environment
• Experience in creating integrated schedules encompassing design, manufacturing, equipment and resource requirements
• Experience leading a team who executed government required Earned Value Management (EVM)

$101,150 – $136,850
